Bedrooms total- 2 queen, 1 double, 2 twin and 1 set of bunk beds. You will need to bring you own bed linen. Relax in the rocking chairs on the sun porch. There is a large yard for the children to play. This house is located across the street from the lake. The lake frontage is just a short walk a few hundred feet down the street. The lake frontage has a gazebo and dock space for 1 boat. Located in the village of Bemus Point, it is within walking distance to restarants, shipping, golf course, tennis, childrens playground,bike rentals,small public beach, floating stage events.Minutes from Chautauqua and Long Point State Park.
