Pillows and top coverings are provided. It has 2 full bathrooms, large dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 50 feet of lakefront across the street with dock and fire pit, large covered porch with swing. This house is located In the Village Of Bemus Point, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bike rentals,small public beach, golfing, tennis, and events from the floating stage in Bemus Point. There is a washer and dryer for laundry.There are fans. dvd/tv, cable ,coffee maker, gas grill. 10 min from Chautauqua Institution and Long Point State Park. A refundable $300 security deposit is also required. |
